Here are some possible ideas of how to get started:
- Connect with family and friends that may be out of state or in a different city by sending them a donation request email.
- Utilize social media networks like Facebook and Twitter to further share your message.
- Send out the Jumpify Me e-card by creating a fun kid jumping rope and celebrating physical activity!
-You can also customize your HeadQuarters with pictures, a personal story, or a YouTube video.

is available on the Virginia Beach City Public Schools internet site at:
The information in these guides is designed to assist students in grades 6 through 12 and their parents with the selection of courses in the middle and high school levels. Students and parents are encouraged to study these publications and talk with guidance counselors and teachers as part of the course selection process.

Thank you to everyone who helped with the Holiday Workshop and Winter Wonderland! Both went great and we could not have done it without you. Things get so busy during events we do not always get to talk with our great volunteers. Please know that we really appreciate each and every one of you!
